By creating an account or using Network Outdoors, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for anything that happens under it. Hunting license numbers and harvest details you submit must be truthful — contest organizers may disqualify entries or accounts found to be fraudulent.

Network Outdoors is a platform for tracking contests, leagues, and events related to hunting and outdoor sports. It is your responsibility to hold any required licenses and to follow all applicable hunting laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Participation in any underlying hunt, shoot, or outdoor event carries inherent risk, and Network Outdoors is not responsible for injuries, losses, or disputes that occur during those activities — only for the platform used to track and manage them.

You keep ownership of the photos, entries, and bulletin posts you submit. By posting them, you grant Network Outdoors a license to display them on the platform, including public leaderboards where applicable. Don’t post content that’s illegal, harassing, or that you don’t have the right to share.

Rules, eligibility, scoring, and prizes for a specific contest, league, or event are set by its organizer. Organizers and admins may review, reject, or disqualify entries and registrations at their discretion. Network Outdoors does not guarantee any particular prize or outcome.

Paid registrations are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds: if you paid in full to attend an event or join a league, you can receive a full refund if you decide not to participate before that event or league’s sign-up deadline. The deadline is always stated in the registration information for that event or league. A simple no-show on the day of is not eligible for a refund, since planning and materials are already ordered to include that participant.

You can delete your own account at any time from My Account → Danger Zone. We may also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Network Outdoors is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network Outdoors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
