Privacy Policy

When you create an account or use Network Outdoors, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and hunting license number.
• Contest activity: harvest entries you submit, including photos, dates, species, and scores.
• Registration details for the leagues, events, and contests you sign up for.
• Bulletin posts and replies you write within a contest, league, or event you belong to.
• Payment activity for paid registrations, processed by Stripe (see below).

• To run contests, leagues, and events — registrations, leaderboards, and results.
• To send you notifications about contests you’re part of and platform announcements.
• To process paid registrations and event fees.
• To prevent abuse and keep the platform secure.

We don’t sell your information. We share data only with the service providers that run the platform:

• Stripe processes paid registrations. We never see or store your full card number.
• Supabase hosts our database, file storage, and account authentication.
• Resend delivers account and notification emails on our behalf.

Your name and harvest entries may be visible to other participants and the public on leaderboards, depending on how a contest is configured by its organizer.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your own account and its data at any time from My Account → Danger Zone. You can also email us at members@networkoutdoors.com to request deletion.

Network Outdoors is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from My Account. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing us.

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
